No question about it, the restaurant upstairs has a romantic/elegant ambience. Menu boasts an extensive selecton of Pacific Northwest Cuisine with main courses served A La Carte. Food was flavorful and well presented. A lovely place to take a date you'd like to impress and it's one of the few places I'd dress up for dinner :)
