Per Se, the much-anticipated restaurant from renowned chef Thomas Keller, debuted in February 2004 in the Time Warner Center complex at Columbus Circle. With striking views of Columbus Circle and Central Park, the dining room is a rare blend of open space

Oh God. Per Se will leave your wallet empty, but you sure won't regret it. All is perfect....
Had the incredible tasting menu, impeccable service, great wine - though some courses were just good while certain dishes were transcendent
Thomas Keller delivers the kind of cullinary experience only matched by the spectacular view overlooking central park. From the first course, his famed Oyster's and Pearls to the cheese and dessert course, each dish is carefully presented with incredible detail and care. Here's a tip: reserving a table for four is far easier to book than a table for two. expect to pay $500 pp with wine.
Fantastic Experience and truely awesome service. Ask for the Chef's tasting menu
Truly perfect in every respect, but is totally intimidating if you take anyone with you who is not a foodie or willing to shell out major dollars on one meal. It's an experience, and they're the most accommodating and gracious folks I've ever encountered in a restaurant. They did a whole special tasting menu for someone in our party who keeps kosher—no advance notice given.
Phenomenal from start to finish. Best lobster I have ever eaten. Everything is inventive and a blast of flavor on your palate. Ask for a kitchen tour!!
This restaurant and the French Laundry are my favorite restaurants in the world. Thomas Keller is the most dedicated, creative chef and an absolute perfectionist. He uses the best possible ingredients and treats them with such respect. Every bite leaves you wanting more. I do not believe that it gets better than this.
